Why six months?
Your profile gets rebuilt in month one, and reviews and rankings build on it from there. Most owners see the map move well before month six, and the Monday text shows you the numbers while it does. Every plan starts with a 6-month term, then runs month to month.
What if I want out early?
Give 30 days' notice and pay one month's fee. Everything we built stays yours: your domain, site, Google profile and accounts.
Can I pay ahead?
Yes: pay 6 months ahead and one month is free; pay 12 months ahead and 3 months are free.
Is anything guaranteed?
Your Google profile rebuilt in 30 days and your Monday number sent every week, or month 7 is free. We don't promise rankings or a number of calls; you see the numbers every week.
Do bigger companies pay more?
Only by location: $497 for each one. The work is the same for every business, so the price is too.
Do you work with businesses that aren't trades?
Yes, when we meet them. The package works the same way.

How long does SEO take?
Local SEO with Slate Marketing LLC moves in two phases. Technical and profile changes can move rankings within 30 days. Real traffic and lead growth usually takes three to six months as citations and reviews compound.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No honest agency can promise exact positions. If someone promises you thirty leads in thirty days, the leads will be junk. What we promise is your Google profile rebuilt in 30 days and a number every Monday, or month 7 is free. Rankings, reviews and calls are never guaranteed.
How do Google reviews affect rankings?
Google reviews affect Map Pack rankings directly. Review volume, recency, and keyword-rich review text all influence local ranking position, which is why Slate Marketing LLC runs its Review Velocity System and local SEO together rather than as separate products. Most clients add two to eight new Google reviews a month.
What is the Google Map Pack?
The Google Map Pack is the three local listings at the top of results for a local search. Getting in requires an optimized profile, consistent citations, strong reviews, and on-page local signals.

Do I own my website and domain?

Reputation management
How does the reputation system work?
It starts with a reactivation campaign: every customer from the last two years gets a personal text and email with a one-tap Google link, two or three times over two weeks, with a photo of you or your crew and their own name on it. Then every new customer gets the same ask the day the job is done. A private feedback line sits beside every ask, every customer gets the same link, and every review gets a reply in your voice.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Negative reviews can only be removed when they break Google's rules, and Slate Marketing LLC flags those for you. We respond professionally to the rest and bury them under a high volume of real positive reviews.
How fast will reviews start?
The reactivation campaign usually brings reviews in from ten to fifteen percent of your past customers within two weeks. One client with sixty-five past customers got twenty-one. After that, new reviews follow your job volume.
Google Ads and social
Are you an advertising agency?
Slate Marketing LLC works as an advertising agency for Louisville businesses, and pay-per-click advertising is one of the five services. We run Google Ads and Local Services Ads on buying-intent searches only, with dedicated landing pages and call tracking, and we do not sell billboard, print, or broadcast advertising.
Do you offer email marketing and marketing automation?
Only the automation that earns reviews: the reactivation campaign to past customers and the text and email ask after every job. We do not run newsletter programs or lead-response automation as a service.
Do you manage Google Ads?
Slate Marketing LLC manages Google Ads in house. Both founders are Google Ads certified. Campaigns target buying-intent searches only and land on dedicated pages with call tracking.
What social platforms do you post to?
Slate Marketing LLC posts to Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram by default, with YouTube Shorts and TikTok when your customers are there.
